新型混合制冷剂R744/R152a的热力学性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 针对CO_(2)(R744)制冷剂在制冷系统中压力过高,效率较低的缺点,现有人工制冷剂环保性差,即将被淘汰等问题,提出了用于改良CO_(2)制冷剂的混合制冷剂R744/R152a。使用ASPEN HYSYS建立了仿真系统,并通过仿真结果确定了新型制冷剂的最优配比,为R744/R152a:0.875/0.125,通过进一步的仿真分析,发现新型混合制冷剂的COP、制热量、制冷量都有很大提升,排气压力与CO_(2)相比降低了1.6—1.8MPa,对CO_(2)制冷剂的应用与发展提供了新的思路。 CO_(2)-based mixed refrigerant R744/R152a was proposed to enhance the thermodynamic performance of pure CO_(2) refrigerant.The basic physical properties of the three refrigerants were analyzed,and the thermodynamic performance of refrigerants with different CO_(2) proportion were compared.The results present that the optimized ratios of the new refrigerant is R744/R152a:0.875/0.125,based on which,the coefficient of performance(COP),heating and cooling capacity of the optimized refrigerants increase significantly,and the exhaust pressure reduces by 1.6-1.8MPa compared with that of pure CO_(2).
