摘要
为了实现对单次脉冲信号的采样与分析,本文提出了一种高精度便携式单次脉冲信号采集与分析装置的设计方案。本设计采用“微处理器+FPGA”架构,STM32作为数据处理核心,通过FPGA并行控制A/D转换器,对单次脉冲信号进行采样,采样后的数据经过STM32进行处理,进行幅频特性分析,同时通过FPGA控制D/A转换器将单次信号周期输出。装置完成了对单次脉冲信号的采集与分析,并能将信号进行再现,测试结果表明,本装置可以对RoundHalf、RoundPM、Sinc等单次脉冲信号进行采集、分析与再现,且误差不超过0.5%,具有较好的实时性和可靠性。
In order to realize the sampling and analysis of single pulse signal,this paper presents a design scheme of high precision portable single pulse signal acquisition and analysis device.This design uses“microprocessor+FPGA”architecture,STM32 as the data processing core,FPGA parallel control A/D converter to sample the single pulse signal.The sampled data is processed by STM32,and the amplitude frequency characteristics are analyzed.At the same time,the D/A converter is controlled by FPGA to output the single signal periodically.The device completes the acquisition and analysis of single pulse signal,and can reproduce the signal.The test results show that the device can collect,analyze and reproduce the single pulse signal such as Roundhalf,Roundpm and Sinc,and the error is less than 0.5%.It has good real-time performance and reliability.
