摘要
以中国改革开放以来社会转型大背景下的转制科研院所转型发展为研究对象,梳理分析这一颇具时代特色和典型性的经济实体人力资源管理现状、特点和存在的问题。以上海部分转制院所为例,对人力资源管理的优化方式提出思考和建议,探索加快培育和构建符合自身转型发展需求的人才队伍建设机制。
Taking the transformation and development of scientific research institutes under the background of social transformation since China’s reform and opening up as the research object,the current situation,characteristics and existing problems of human resource management in this economic entity are analyzed with characteristics of the times and typical characteristics.Taking some of system-transformed institutions in Shanghai as examples,some thoughts and suggestions are put forward on the optimization of human resource management,as well as the exploration to speed up the cultivation and construction of a talent team construction mechanism that meets the needs of their own transformation and development.
