摘要
为了探究入侵植物紫茎泽兰的代谢产物对某些旱地作物的化感效应,将紫茎泽兰地上部分的水提液用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行极性梯度萃取,分别得到3种溶剂的萃取物,测定了3种萃取物对小麦和绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明:3种萃取物对绿豆和小麦的生长均有抑制作用,且对幼苗生长的抑制作用强于对种子萌发的抑制作用;3种萃取物的抑制活性表现为石油醚萃取物>乙酸乙酯萃取物>正丁醇萃取物>剩余水相;在相同剂量条件下绿豆对3种萃取物的敏感性强于小麦;紫茎泽兰水提液的石油醚萃取物能完全抑制绿豆和小麦幼苗生长的浓度分别为2.50和10.00 mg/mL。
In order to explore allelopathic effect of metabolites from Ageratina adenophora on some upland crops,the aqueous extracts of aerial parts of A.adenophora were extracted successively with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The effects of three solvent extracts on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat and mung bean were studied.The results showed that all the three solvent extracts inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of wheat and mung bean compared with the control,and the inhibitory effect on seedling growth was stronger than that on seed germination.The inhibitory effect of the three solvent extracts can be ranged as follows:petroleum ether extract>ethyl acetate extract>n-butanol extract>residual water.At the same concentration of the three extracts,the inhibition of mung bean was stronger than that of wheat.The concentrations of completed inhibition for seedling growth of mung bean and wheat were 2.50 mg/mL and 10.00 mg/mL,respectively.
