摘要
目的帮助糖尿病患者增进健康知识,提升自我管理能力,促进健康行为改善。方法招募上海市某三甲医院内分泌科的2型糖尿病住院患者20名,将患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各10名患者。对照组接受常规住院医疗护理,干预组采用社工病房探访的形式对患者进行需求评估,联合医护人员实施干预。结果干预组患者沟通与互动能力得到改善;社工淡化小组活动带领者角色后,患者健康管理的主观能动性加强。干预组患者糖尿病知识和自我管理能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论社工干预对于2型糖尿病患者的自我管理具有积极意义,可以协助糖尿病患者增加健康知识,提升自我管理能力和效能感,改善自身健康管理行为。
Objective To help diabetic patients improve their health knowledge,improve their self-management ability,and promote the improvement of healthy behaviors.Methods Twenty inpatients with type 2 diabetes in the Department of Endocrinology of a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Shanghai were recruited.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 10 patients in each group.The control group received routine inpatient medical care.Social worker visiting ward were used to assess needs and social workers conduct the interventions together with medical staff.Results The communication and interaction abilities of patients in the intervention group were improved;After social workers played down the role of group activity leader,the subjective initiative of patients in health management was strengthened.The scores of diabetes knowledge and self-management ability in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Social work intervention is of positive significance for the selfmanagement of patients with type 2 diabetes.It can help diabetic patients to increase their health knowledge,enhance their self-management ability and sense of efficacy,and improve their own health management behaviors.
