摘要
目的分析住院患者鼻肠管非计划性拔管原因,制订防范策略,降低鼻肠管非计划性拔管率。方法回顾性整理某三级甲等医院2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日上报的鼻肠管非计划性拔管事件,采用Apriori算法对非计划性拔管信息进行挖掘、分析,建立有价值的强关联规则,采取防范措施。结果在收集的210例鼻肠管非计划性拔管事件中,挖掘出强关联规则33条(置信度≥60%,支持度≥10%,提升度>1),采取防范措施后住院患者鼻肠管非计划性拔管率从2.22%降至1.45%(p<0.05)。结论基于数据挖掘技术制定的非计划性拔管事件防范措施有助于降低住院患者鼻肠管非计划性拔管率。
Objective To analyze the causes of unplanned extubation of naso-intestinal tube in hospitalized patients,formulate preventive strategies,and reduce the rate of unplanned extubation of naso-intestinal tube.Methods The unplanned extubation events of the naso-intestinal tube reported in a Grade-A Tertiary hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were retrospectively sorted out.The Apriori algorithm was used to mine and analyze the unplanned extubation information,and establish valuable strong association rules,as well as take preventive measures.Results In the 210 cases of unplanned extubation of the naso-intestinal tube,33 strong association rules(confidence level≥60%,support level≥10%,improvement degree>1)were excavated.After taking preventive measures,the rate of unplanned extubation of hospitalized patients with naso-intestinal tube decreased from 2.22%to 1.45%(p<0.05).Conclusion The preventive measures for unplanned extubation based on data mining technology can help reduce the rate of unplanned extubation of the naso-intestinal tube in hospitalized patients.
