摘要
2017年12月,资助育人质量提升体系作为十大体系之一,在中共教育部党组印发的《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》中被正式提出。资助育人工作的顺利开展,要明确责任主体,制定保障制度,确保资助工作公正公平,确保各项资助工作发挥育人功能,构建"1+1+X"协同落实机制、联席会议联动机制、监督与反馈机制、完善常态协同机制、"需求侧"和"供给侧"联动机制,坚持构建全方位的资助育人体系与长效机制。
