摘要
国家重大科研仪器研制项目是国家自然科学基金资助体系中专用于资助科研工具研制的项目类型。本文介绍了国家重大科研仪器研制项目(部门推荐)的总体资助情况、评审程序和项目执行期的管理工作情况,并对优化该类型项目的管理工作提出了具体建议。相关研究将对规范和优化国家重大科研仪器研制项目(部门推荐)管理工作提供参考。
Research Program of National Major Research Instrument is a unique program designed for providing new approaches and tools for scientific research in the funding system of National Natural Science Foundation of China.In this paper,the funding situation,evaluation procedure and project management of Research Program of National Major Research Instruments(Departmental Recommendation)are sorted out and summarized.Focusing on the further management work,some preliminary suggestions are provided.Relevant research will provide references for the management optimization work of the program.
