摘要
目的对2016至2019年济源市妇幼保健院国家药品不良反应监测系统所上报的药品不良反应情况进行总结分析。方法回顾性分析国家药品不良反应监测系统上所汇总的本院2016至2019年发生的药品不良反应263例患者的临床资料,对其中所涉及科室、药品分布、患者情况、临床表现等进行统计和分析。结果263例药品不良反应主要集中在妇科和儿科;263例药品不良反应主要集中在15~45岁年龄段和0~4岁年龄段,少量分布在5~15岁和45~65岁年龄段;263例药品不良反应事件主要集中在抗肿瘤药物和抗感染药物,均占整体的30%以上;药品剂型分析显示,263例药品不良反应主要发生在注射用药,占整体的73.38%,其次为口服用药和其他剂型;263例药品不良反应主要集中在皮肤及附件、胃肠道系统,分别占整体的34.60%、26.62%,其次为神经系统、血液系统、全身性损害和循环系统。结论本院作为妇幼保健院,其药物不良反应的发生情况具有一定专科特色,主要集中在妇科、儿科等,人群分布也具有一定特征,集中在14~45岁人群中,且以口服剂型为主,多存在皮肤及附件系统、胃肠道系统表现。
Objective To summarize and analyze the adverse drug reactions reported by the national adverse drug reaction monitoring system of Jiyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2016 to 2019.Methods The clinical data of 263 adverse drug reactions in Jiyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2016 to 2019 collected on the national ADR monitoring system were analyzed retrospectively.The departments involved,drug distribution,patients and clinical manifestations were analyzed statistically.Results The 263 cases of adverse drug reactions were mainly in gynecology and pediatrics;263 cases of ADR were mainly concentrated in 15~45 years old and 0~4 years old,and a small number were distributed in 5~15 years old and 45~65 years old.The 263 adverse drug reactions cases mainly focused on anti-tumor drugs and anti infective drugs,accounting for more than 30%of the total.The analysis of drug dosage forms showed that the main adverse drug reactions occurred in injection,accounting for 73.38%of the total,followed by oral and other dosage forms.The adverse drug reactions of 263 cases were mainly concentrated in skin,appendages and gastrointestinal system,accounting for 34.60%and 26.62%of the total respectively,and the second was nervous system,blood system,systemic damage and circulatory system.Conclusions As a maternal and child health care hospital,the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in our hospital has certain special characteristics,mainly in gynecology,pediatrics,etc.,and the population distribution also has certain characteristics,mainly in 14-45 years old people,and mainly in oral dosage form,with skin and accessory system,gastrointestinal system performance.
