摘要
目的研究门诊输液室护理带教工作中目标式教学方法的带教价值。方法课题指标数据资料源自2018年3月—2020年9月该医院门诊输液室62名护理专业学生相关统计内容,实施随机抽签方式构建两项组别之后各自入组31名,研究组选择目标式教学方法,参照组选择常规教学方法,统计两组护生理论基础知识考试所得分数值、实践操作技术考试所得分值,研究两项组别首针静脉穿刺成功率、护理差错事件发生率、认为能激发学习方面兴趣人数、认为能提高自主学习方面能力人数、认为能提高解决问题方面能力人数、认为能拓宽知识面人数、认为能全面掌握知识人数、满意教学情况所占比值。结果研究组理论基础知识考试所得分值、实践操作技术考试所得分值比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组首针静脉穿刺成功率比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理差错事件比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组认为能激发学习方面兴趣、认为能提高自主学习方面能力、认为能提高解决问题方面能力、认为能拓宽知识面、认为能全面掌握知识人数比参照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意高比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊输液室护理带教工作中采用目标式教学方法展示出较优带教方面效果,有利于促使护理专业学生对于理论基础知识以及实践操作技术方面掌握程度提高,改善护理专业学生的静脉穿刺方面技能,降低护理差错事件情况,提升护理专业学生对于教学方法认可度,改善护理专业学生满意程度。
Objective To study the teaching value of selecting objective teaching methods in nursing teaching work in outpatient infusion room.Methods The subject index data were from March 2018 to September 2020.The outpatient infusion room of the hospital taught 62 nursing students related statistics.After the implementation of the construction of the two groups,31 of them were enrolled in each group by randomly drawn method.The study group used the goal-based teaching method,the reference group used the conventional teaching method,and counted the scores of the theoretical basic knowledge test of the two groups and the scores of the practical operation technology test.The first needle rate of successful venipuncture,the incidence of nursing errors,the number of people who believe that they can stimulate interest in learning,the number of people who believe that they can improve their ability in autonomous learning,the number of people who believe that they can improve their ability to solve problems,and the number of people who believe that they can broaden their knowledge.The number of people who can fully grasp the knowledge and the proportion of satisfactory teaching conditions of the two groups was studied.Results The scores of the study group's theoretical basic knowledge test and the scores of the practical operation technique test showed better than them of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group's first needle venipuncture success rate was compared with the detailed statistics of the reference group,the value showed better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing error events in the study group showed less compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group believed that the number of people interested in learning can be stimulated,and it can increase the number of people with autonomy learning ability,the number of people who think that they can improve their ability to solve pr
