摘要
科教工作在医院的发展过程中占据比较重要的地位,创建医院科教管理模式,逐步规范医院科教管理,采取方法来提高医院科研、教学、人才培养等方面的管理。该文分析等级框架之下医院科教管理模式的创建以及应用。
Scientific and educational work has played a relatively important role in the development of hospitals.The establishment of a hospital scientific and educational management model,gradually standardizes the hospital's scientific and educational management,and adopts methods to improve the management of hospital scientific research,teaching,and personnel training.Therefore,this article will analyze the creation and application of hospital science and education management mode under the hierarchical framework.
