摘要
以钢轨打磨控制策略为研究对象,通过建立钢轨磨削的三维坐标,分析钢轨磨削的基本理论和打磨压力的PID控制理论,得出了影响钢轨打磨效果的重要因素和关键参数,提出了钢轨打磨控制策略和方案,详细介绍了该控制策略的原理和流程。通过设计控制系统,并大量装车应用,测试了控制系统的运行特性。测试结果表明,基于该控制策略方案开发的自主打磨控制系统,能够实现平缓无冲击落轨,落点同步性好,整体打磨效果良好,具有很好的市场应用前景。
Taking the rail grinding control strategy as the research object,the basic theory of rail grinding and the PID control theory of grinding pressure were analyzed by establishing the three-dimensional coordinate of rail grinding,and the important factors and key parameters that affect rail grinding effect were obtained.The control strategy and scheme of rail grinding were put forward,and the principle and flow of the control strategy scheme were introduced in detail.By designing the control system and verifying it through a large number of loading applications,the performance of the control system was tested.The test results show that:the autonomous grinding control system developed by strategy scheme can achieve smooth and no impact falling track with highly synchronized falling point,and the overall grinding effect is good,which has a good market application prospect.
