摘要 针对市场保有量较大的6 500 Nm系列钻机,研发了全液压逻辑控制自动加杆装置。介绍了钻机升级改造的方案自动加杆及液压逻辑控制原理。通过在煤矿推广应用,结果表明:该装置能保障人员安全、减低劳动强度、改善作业环境、提高综合施工效率。该装置填补了行业内对在用钻机加杆功能全液压升级改造的空白,为各大煤企加速自动化进程提供了可靠的装备支持。 A full hydraulic logic control automatic drill pipe adding device for 6 500 Nm series of drilling rigs with a large amount in the market was studied and developed. Introduced the drilling rig upgrade plan and the principles of automatic drill pipe adding and hydraulic logic control. Through the popularization and application in coal mines, the results show that the device can guarantee the safety of the workers, reduce labour strength, improve the construction environment and enhance comprehensive construction efficiency. This device fills in the gap of fully hydraulic upgrade and transformation for drill pipe adding function of in-service drilling rig, and provides reliable equipment support for coal enterprises to accelerate the automation process.
