摘要
目的分析益气活血化痰通络法对急性脑梗死患者的影响。方法将医院于2019年2月—2020年2月期间收治的72例急性脑梗死患者纳入研究,根据随机动态双盲法以及每组36例的标准将患者分别归为对照组与研究组,对照组常规西医疗法,研究组中医益气活血化痰通络法,比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率,并参考NIHSS评分判定两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损情况。结果研究组94.44%的治疗有效率高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的NIHSS评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者临床接受中医益气活血化痰通络法进行治疗,可有效改善患者的血脂与纤维蛋白原,纠正神经功能受损情况。
Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo method on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were included in this study.According to the random dynamic double-blind method and 36 single-group interval criteria,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,control group,conventional western medicine,research group of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo method,compare the clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients,and refer to NIHSS score to determine the neurological deficit before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results The treatment efficiency of 94.44%in the study group was higher than 72.22%in the control group(P<0.05);the NIHSS scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were similar(P>0.05),after treatment The NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction who are clinically treated with TCM Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo method can effectively improve the patient's blood lipids and fibrinogen and correct the neurological impairment.
