“视频-实践-视频”教学在后腹腔镜手术持镜手培训中的价值 被引量:4

The Application Value of“Video-practice-video”Teaching Mode in the Skill Training of Assistants in Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Surgery

摘要 目的评价"视频-实践-视频"教学在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训后腹腔镜持镜手培训中的价值。方法选取2016年1月—2020年3月在泌尿外科轮转的48名零腹腔镜基础规培学员为对象。实验组(n=23)采取"视频-实践-视频"教学,对照组(n=25)常规教学。"视频-实践-视频"教学采用术前手术视频讲解、术中操作指导、术后手术录像复习模式;常规教学单纯术中操作指导。学员分别在担任满5、10、15台持镜手时进行考核,规培计划完成进行问卷调查,比较两组学员考核成绩和对教学模式的反馈。结果实验组学员在担任满5、10、15台持镜手时考核成绩分别为(65.2±7.8)分、(72.4±7.7)分、(80.2±5.9)分,对照组成绩分别为(58.8±7.7)分、(66.2±6.7)分、(75.2±5.9)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,实验组学员在提升学习兴趣、掌握知识点、提高持镜技能、与术者协作能力和整体教学效果评价均优于对照组。结论"视频-实践-视频"教学有助于缩短后腹腔镜手术持镜手学习曲线,提高技能水平。 Objective To evaluate the application value of the“video-practice-video”teaching model in the training of laparoscopic surgery assistants in urological residents.Methods Forty-eight students with zero laparoscopic technique were included in this study.The experimental group(n=23)adopted the“video-practice-video”teaching model,and the control group(n=25)adopted the conventional method.The“video-practice-video”teaching mode used preoperative video viewing,intraoperative skill guidance,and postoperative video review.Conventional teaching method used simple intraoperative skill guidance.Each student would receive skill assessment when he completed 5,10,and 15 laparoscopic surgeries as an assistant.After the training plan was finished,a questionnaire would be completed by the student.The feedback of the students would be compared between the two groups.Results In experimental group,the performance of the students when they completed 5,10,and 15 laparoscopic surgeries were(65.2±7.8),(72.4±7.7),(80.2±5.9)points,and in control group the score were(58.8±7.7),(66.2±6.7),and(75.2±5.9)points,respectively(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire of the students show that the learning interest,mastery of knowledge,improvement of the skills,ability to cooperate with the surgeon and evaluation of the overall teaching effect in experimental group were better than that in control group.Conclusion The“video-practice-video”teaching mode helps to shorten the learning curve of assistants who hold the lens in the retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,and improve the skill level.
