苯酐装置鼓风机组防晃电改造

摘要 苯酐装置主反应是邻二甲苯为原料,经气化后与空气混合进入反应器催化氧化生成粗苯酐,生产过程中大机组鼓风机由汽轮机带动,产生大风量空气参与反应是苯酐装置的主要设备也是关键设备,该机组的稳定运行是装置的重点,由于上级电网电压波动出现晃电现象可使主油泵停机,而备用油泵启动过程中,总管油压下降造成机组联锁引起整个装置停工,一旦停工将造成极大的经济损失和威胁装置的安全。文章通过机电仪多途径解决因电网晃电引起的汽轮机联锁停工。 The main reaction of the benzenesulfonic acid plant uses o-xylene as the raw material.After gasif ication,it is mixed with air and enters the reactor for catalytic oxidation to produce crude benzene.During the production process,the blower of the large unit is driven by the steam turbine to generate large air volume and participate in the reaction.The main equipment is also a key unit,and its stable operation is the key part.Due to the power sloshing in the upper-level power grid,the main oil pump stops,and the oil pressure drops during the start of the standby oil pump.Interlocking causes the entire unit to stop working.Once it stops,it will cause great economic losses and threaten the safety of the unit.This paper is to solve the interlocking shutdown of the steam turbine caused by the power sloshing through the electromechanical instrument in multiple ways.
