摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平对新闻舆论工作特别是媒体融合发展工作做出了系列重要部署,深刻揭示了媒体融合发展的工作理念、实现路径、目标任务,形成了一整套丰富的内容体系。新时代新闻舆论工作要深刻把握习近平关于媒体融合发展的重要论述的深刻内涵和精神实质,遵循新闻传播规律和新媒体发展规律,树立一体化发展理念,坚持导向为魂、内容为王、创新为要、受众为本、人才为基,推动传统媒体与新媒体在体制机制、组织架构、生产环节、采编流程、人才队伍、经营管理等方面的全方位共享融通,做到"融为一体、合而为一",共筑网上网下同心圆。
Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important arrangements for the work of press and public opinion,especially the work of integrated media development,and formed a complete set of rich content system by profoundly revealing the work concept,realization path,goals and tasks of integrated media development.The news media work in the new era must deeply grasp the profound connotation and spiritual essence of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the development of media integration,follow the law of news propagation and the development of new media,establish the concept of integrated development,and insist on guiding as the soul,content as the king,and innovation as the soul,the audience as the root,the personnel as the base.We must build concentric circles online and offline based on"merging into one"to promote the comprehensive sharing and integration of traditional media and new media in terms of institutional mechanisms,organizational structures,production links,acquisition and editing processes,talent teams,and operation management.
