摘要
目的:探讨个性化疼痛护理对风湿免疫性疾病患者疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2019-01-01~2020-01-01我院收治的风湿免疫性疾病患者25例,随机分为对照组(n=13)和观察组(n=12)。两组均使用益赛普生物制剂治疗,其中对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受个性化疼痛护理,比较两种护理方式对患者疼痛程度的影响。结果:干预后观察组疼痛程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量及各项临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化疼痛护理能有效缓解风湿免疫性疾病患者的疼痛程度,改善其生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized pain care on pain degree of patients with rheumatic immune disease.Methods:Twenty-five patients with rheumatic immune disease from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected,which were randomly divided into the control group(n=13)and the observation group(n=12).The two groups were treated with Etanercept.The control group was received conventional care,while the observation group was received individualized pain care.The effects of the two groups on the pain degree were compared.Results:The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The quality of life and clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized pain care can effectively relieve the pain level of patients with rheumatic immune diseases,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
