摘要
加强医院学科建设是驱动医院综合竞争力提升的重要抓手,也是引领医院科技创新、人才培养、教育教学等综合实力提升的关键举措。科学编制"十四五"时期医院学科规划,对于推动医院高质量发展意义重大。以河南省人民医院为例,借鉴SWOT分析法和标杆管理理论,在全面分析当前医院学科发展优势、不足、机遇和挑战的基础上,以目标引领、问题导向、创新驱动和协同融合等四大发展策略为导向,分类分级构建医院的尖峰学科、高峰学科和特色专科,为推动医院学科建设提供理论和方法学支持。
Strengthening discipline construction is an important measure to promote the comprehensive competi⁃tiveness of hospital,and it is also a key measure to lead the innovation of hospital science and technology,personnel training,education and teaching.Scientific compilation of hospital discipline planning during the period of“the 14th Five-Year Plan”is of great significance for promoting high-quality development of hospitals.Based on Henan Pro⁃vincial People’s Hospital as an example,using SWOT analysis and bench marking management theory,the com⁃prehensive analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of hospital subject development is done.On the basis of four big development strategies,including target lead,problem orientation,the innovation drive and collaborative integration and so on are regarded as the guidance,the peak disciplines,peak disciplines and characteristic specialties of the hospital can be constructed by classification and grading,to promote the hospi⁃tal construction to provide theoretical and methodological support.
