十四五规划高度关注青年。学习国家和北京市十四五规划关于青年发展的部署,有助于掌握新时代首都青年发展的特征。十四五规划赋予新时代首都青年发展的特征有优先发展、高质量发展、强保障发展和组织化发展。应当倡导"青年优先发展"理念实践"首都要发展青年要优先发展",明确"高质量发展"概念推动新时代首都青年在高科技领域的发展,聚焦青年热点难点问题强化新时代首都青年发展的服务保障,培育团属青年社会组织促进新时代首都青年的组织化发展。
The 14 th Five-Year Plan attaches great importance to youth. Studying the deployment of youth development in the 14 th Five-Year Plan of China and Beijing will help us better grasp the characteristics of youth development in the capital in the new era. The characteristics of youth development in the capital in the new era given by the 14 th Five-Year Plan include priority development, high quality development, strong guarantee development and organized development. The concept of "youth priority development" should be advocated to practice "The capital must develop, and the youth must give priority", and the concept of "high quality development" should be clarified to promote development in the high-tech field in the capital of the newera, focusing on hot difficult youth issues, strengthening the service guarantee for the development of the capital’s youth in the new era, and fostering youth social organizations affiliated with the Communist Youth League to promote the organizational development of the capital’s youth in the new era.
