摘要
目的分析个案管理模式在鼻咽癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2020年1月该院收治的放疗鼻咽癌患者200例作为研究对象,分为观察组和常规组,每组100例。常规组接受常规护理管理,观察组在常规护理管理基础上实施个案管理并加用微信群管理。比较两组患者护理依从性、舒适度评分、日常生活活动能力评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率等。结果观察组患者护理后各项指标均明显优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个案管理模式具有较高的临床应用价值,可以考虑积极推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application of case management model in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Our department during July 2018-January 2020 of 200 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy as the research object,divided into conventional group and observation group,conventional group patients received routine nursing management,on the basis of the observation group of patients in the conventional group add WeChat implement case management and group management,compared two groups of patients'treatment compliance,comfort evaluation,daily life ability,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications.Results All indexes in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case management model has high clinical application value and can be actively promoted.
