炼化企业蒸汽动力仿真模拟云平台开发

摘要 基于图论基本原理,采用节点分析法,集成传热学、计算流体力学,实现大型复杂蒸汽管网的在线实时模拟计算;基于专家数据库,实现系统的实时优化;通过云平台,实现远程诊断与优化。在实际运行过程中表明,系统优化平台可以使企业系统管理更加科学合理,辅助企业管理人员优化管理与运行,帮助企业降低系统能耗。 Based on the basic principle of graph theory, nodal analysis method was adopted to integrate heat transfer and computational fluid mechanics to realize the online simulation and calculation of large and complex steam pipeline network. Based on expert database, real-time optimization of the system was realized. Remote diagnosis and optimization were also realized through the cloud platform. After actual test, the optimization cloud platform made system management more scientific and reasonable, assisted operators to optimize management and operation, and helped plants reduce system energy consumption.
