LCMS-8040测定饮用水中7种农药残留

摘要 本文建立了一种使用岛津超高效液相色谱仪LC-30A和三重四极杆质谱仪LCMS-8040联用测定生活饮用水中7种农药残留的方法。对这7种农药残留的线性、精密度、检出限(MDL)、定量限(LOQ)以及加标回收率进行了验证。7种农药残留的线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999;分别用低、中、高三个浓度进行了精密度实验,实验结果表明连续6次进样保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别在0.02%~0.11%和1.03%~3.63%间,仪器精密度良好;MDL为0.002~0.18μg/L,LOQ为0.01~0.73μg/L,样品加标回收率为85.0%~115.0%。 This paper established a method for the determination of 7 pesticide residues in drinking water by using Shimadzu Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph LC-30 A and Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer LCMS-8040. The linearity,precision,limit of detection(MDL),limit of quantification(LOQ)and standard recovery rate of these seven pesticide residues were verified. The 7 pesticide residues have good linearity,and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.999;precision experiments were carried out with three concentrations of low,medium and high respectively. The experimental results showed that the relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area of 6 consecutive injections were 0.020.11,respectively 0.02%0.11% and 1.03%3.63%,the instrument precision is good;the MDL is 0.0020.18 μg/L,the LOQ is 0.010.73 μg/L,and the sample recovery rate is 85.0%115.0%.
