摘要
文章基于2006—2019年中国省际面板数据,构建中国旅游设施发展水平综合评价指标体系,采用熵权法、Dagum基尼系数分解法、Kernel核密度估计法及Markov链对中国旅游设施发展水平的分布、差距及动态演进进行了定量研究。结果显示:(1)中国旅游设施发展水平整体偏低且呈现出明显的空间非均衡特征。(2)Dagum基尼系数分解结果表明,中国旅游设施发展水平在总体差距上呈现波动性下降的趋势。分地区来看,东部和西部地区都呈下降趋势,但中部地区表现为缓慢上升的趋势。地区间差距是造成中国旅游设施发展水平空间非均衡的主要来源且对总体差距的贡献率呈逐渐下降趋势,地区内差距对总体差距的贡献率次之,超变密度对总体差距的贡献率最小。(3)Kernel密度估计显示,中国旅游设施发展水平不断提高,但旅游设施水平分布趋于分散且存在多极化的现象。(4)Markov链分析表明,中国旅游设施发展水平流动性较差,发展进程缓慢。
This paper is based on China’s inter-provincial panel data from 2006 to 2019 to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development level of China’s tourism facilities,and then uses entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method,Kernel density estimation method and Markov chain to quantitatively study the distribution,gaps and dynamic evolution of development level of tourism facilities in China.The research results are shown as follows:(1)The overall development level of China’s tourism facilities is relatively low and presents obvious spatial disequilibrium characteristics.(2)The decomposition result of Dagum Gini coefficient indicates that the development level of tourism facilities in China presents a declining trend of fluctuation on the overall gap.In terms of regions,both the eastern and western regions show a downward trend,while the central region a slow upward trend.The inter-regional disparity is the main source of the spatial disequilibrium of China’s tourism facilities development level,and its contribution rate to the overall gap is gradually decreasing.The contribution rate of intra-regional gap to the overall gap ranks second,and the contribution rate of hypervariable density to the overall gap is the least.(3)Kernel density estimation demonstrates that the development level of China’s tourism facilities is continuously improving,but the distribution of tourism facility level is becoming scattered,and there exists a phenomenon of multi-polarization.(4)The Markov chain analysis shows that the liquidity of development level of China’s tourism facilities is relatively poor and the development process is slow.
