真空开关全气压范围内激光诱导等离子体特性及其在真空度检测中的应用研究 被引量:4

Research on the Characteristics of Laser-induced Plasma in Full Pressure Range of Vacuum Switch and Its Application in Vacuum Detection

摘要 真空开关由于其具有结构紧凑、维护方便、无温室气体排放和分断能力强等优点,因而被广泛运用于中压级电网中。真空灭弧室作为真空开关的核心部件,内部气压(真空度)决定了电路能否可靠地开断。现阶段,真空开关真空度在线检测依然是一个国际性难题,并无行之有效的在线检测手段。文中采用等离子体成像的方式研究了不同气压和不同激光能量下等离子体的演化规律,实验结果显示环境气压对等离子体的演化过程有着显著的影响,存在明显的区间效应;同时,不同激光能量下等离子体膨胀规律具有相似性。为了定量化等离子体随真空度的变化,文中提取了等离子体质心与靶材表面的距离、等离子体强度积分和等离子体的纵向羽长等3个参数来进行真空度的表征。本研究可为基于激光诱导等离子体技术的真空开关真空度检测实用化奠定基础。 Vacuum circuit breaker has many advantages,such as compact structure,convenient maintenance,no greenhouse gas emission,and strong interruption ability.Therefore,it is widely used in medium-voltage power grid.Vacuum interrupter is the core component of vacuum breaker,and its internal pressure(vacuum degree)is the key factor to reliably turn on and off the circuit.However,vacuum degree online detectionis still an international problem,and there is no effective vacuum degree online detection method for vacuum interrupter.This paper study the evolution of plasma under different pressures and different laser energies by plasma imaging.The experimental results show that the environmental pressure has a significant influence on the expansion dynamics of plasma,and there are obvious interval effect.At the same time,the evolution of plasma under different laser energy is similar.In order to quantify the change of plasma,this paper proposes three characteristic parameters of plasma:the distance from the plume barycenter to the target surface,the integral of plasma intensity,and the plume length of plasma.The experimental results show that the above three parameters can commendably extract the plasma characteristics at different vacuum degrees.This work can lay the foundation for the practical application of vacuum degree detection method based on laser-induced plasma technology.
