城市河流内源释放与微生物群落构效关系 被引量:4

Structure-activity Relationship Between Microbial Community and Endogenous Pollution in Urban River

摘要 底泥作为河流营养物质的主要储集层,其主导的内源污染物释放对河流上覆水及其微生物多样性有重要影响。文章以绵阳市木龙河为研究对象,对河道上覆水与底泥中污染物质分布、原核生物与真核生物生物群落结构及其与内源污染释放构效关系进行了深入研究。实验结果发现木龙河上游到下游上覆水总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH3-N)及总磷(TP)浓度均呈现逐渐提高的趋势,对应的微生物多样性和丰富度却呈明显下降趋势,且主要优势物种为浮游藻类与真菌;在木龙河底泥中,总碳、总有机碳、TN、TP从上游到下游呈现递减的趋势,与上覆水成反相关,且主要优势微生物为浮游动物,与上覆水亦明显不同。研究结果表明,木龙河水质超标主要由底泥内源污染物释放导致,底泥中TN、总硫、NH3-N对底泥中微生物多样性影响显著;此外,以内源释放为特征的河流,由于内源释放污染物与外源污染物有一定差异,导致上覆水微生物多样性与外源污染条件下呈现不同。 The release process of endogenous pollutants of eutrophication sediment in urban river has an important effect on the water quality and microbial diversity.In this paper,the pollutants distribution of overlying water and sediment,community structure of prokaryotes and eukaryotes,and its structure-activity relationship in Mulong River of Mianyang are investigated.The results showed that the concentrations of total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),and total phosphorus(TP)continued to rise from upstream to downstream in overlying water,except for the microbial diversity and richness decreased with it.On the contrary,main indicators such as total carbon(TC),total organic carbon(TOC),TN,and TP in sediment of river decreased from upstream to downstream.Moreover,the dominant species were plankton-algae and fungi in overlying water.While in sediment,the dominant species were zooplankton.These results indicated that endogenous pollutants release of eutrophication sediment is the major factor of water quality pollution of Mulong River.In addition,TN,TS and NH3-N had a significant impact on the microbial diversity in the sediment.The microbial diversity of overlying water also will be changed when the pollutants sources changed from exogenous to endogenous.
