摘要
鲜药的应用是历代中医医家尤其是温病医家治疗疾病的重要特色之一。作为温病的代表医家,王孟英临床尤擅鲜药应用,具有独到的鲜药用药观。以王孟英11部主要著作为据,归纳出王孟英运用的鲜药共计37味。对其性味、归经、功效、主治疾病等进行综合分析,发现王孟英在鲜药的运用上既继承了温病医家养阴滋液、顾护肺胃的特点,又具有重视瓜果食疗、药物本性、善运枢机的个人特色。对于指导鲜药的临床应用具有一定价值。
To use fresh herbal medicine in treating diseases is an important characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) doctors, especially doctors of febrile diseases. WANG Mengying is a representative doctor of febrile diseases, who is particularly good at using fresh medicines and has a unique viewpoint on it. By reviewing WANG′s 11 major books, a total of 34 fresh herbal medicines which have been used by him are included. By analyzing on natures and flavors, channel entry, functions, and indications of these fresh herbal medicines, it is found that WANG inherited the experience of doctors of febrile diseases in using fresh medicine which is nourishing yin, enriching fluids and protecting lung-stomach, and has also developed his unique style to lay emphasis on melon and fruit dietotherapy, pay attention to the nature of medicine, and taking fully use of the pivot. WANG′s experience in using fresh herbal medicines is valuable to guide the clinical application.
