基于数字岩心的砂砾岩中聚合物驱油的模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 新疆油田砾岩油藏储量规模大,其岩性变化迅速,非均质性强、孔隙结构复杂,开采难度较大.目前,砂砾岩油藏经过几十年的注水开发,已处于高含水开采阶段.聚合物驱油技术对于砂砾岩油藏的进一步开发意义重大.本研究基于计算流体力学方法和数字岩心技术建立了一套模拟聚合物驱油的方法,实现了包含油驱水、水驱油、聚合物驱油和后续水驱四个过程的聚合物驱全过程模拟.利用该模拟方法,直观地展示出了油、水、聚合物在驱替过程中的变化,给出了压力、速度等物理场的动态变化,分析了水驱油及聚合物驱油过程中的流动规律.利用该方法可以方便地模拟多种条件下的聚合物驱油过程,进而优化聚合物驱的开发方案.该研究在砾岩油藏的聚合物驱开发中具有重要的应用意义. Xinjiang Oilfield has large conglomerate reservoir reserves. The conglomerate reservoirs has rapidly changed lithology, The strong heterogeneity and complex pore structure. The exploitation of it is difficult. At present, after several decades of water injection development, conglomerate reservoirs are currently in the stage of high water cut exploitation. Polymer flooding technology is of great significance for the further development of conglomerate reservoirs. This study established a set of methods for simulating polymer flooding based on the computational fluid mechanics method and digital core technology. The entire simulation was achieved from the four processes of oil flooding, water flooding, polymer flooding and follow-up water flooding. Using this simulation method, the changes of oil, water, and polymer during the displacement process are intuitively displayed, and the dynamic changes of the physical fields such as pressure and speed are given. The water and oil displacement processes of polymer flooding are analyzed. With this method, the polymer flooding process under various conditions can be easily simulated, and the development scheme of polymer flooding can be optimized. This study has important reference significance for polymer flooding development of conglomerate reservoirs.
