广西木薯种质圃木薯品系耐贮性调查

摘要 木薯是重要的粮食和工业加工作物,受不良天气、运输及储藏条件的影响,在收获后至加工期间因块根不耐贮藏变质造成的损失巨大,因此耐贮性木薯品种的选育显得尤为重要。试验采用目测块根褐化程度评估法,通过对木薯种质圃的45个品系耐贮性进行观察比较,筛选出耐贮性强的品系,为木薯耐贮性育种提供试材。据观察结果,木薯品系W28、15-22和15-23-1耐贮性相对较差,贮藏第2 d就出现褐化,第7 d褐化面积超过50%;木薯品系17-2、AC2、15-65和16-50耐贮性相对较好,21 d的贮藏期后,褐化面积小于50%。为木薯特异性品种选育提供参考。 Cassava is an important food and industrial processing crop.Due to the impacts of adverse weather,transportation and storage conditions,cassava tuberous roots were perishable during harvest to processing,resulting in great losses.Therefore,to breed cassava storable varieties is particularly important.In the experiment,the ocular estimate method basing on the browning degree evaluation of cassava tuberous roots was used to observe and compare the storability of 45 lines in cassava germplasm nursery,and the lines with strong storability were screened out,which provided materials for breeding cassava storable varieties.The results showed that the storability of cassava lines W28,15-22 and 15-23-1 was relatively poor,browning appeared on the second day of storage,and the browning area was more than 50%on the seventh day.Meanwhile,the storability of cassava lines 17-2,AC2,15-65 and 16-50 was relatively good,and the browning area was less than 50%after 21 days of storage.The study result provides a reference for the selection and breeding of cassava specific varieties.
