摘要
目的调查在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间实习护生的心理健康状况,为进行相关心理辅导和制定管理方案提供依据。方法采用随机抽样法选取2020年2月8日—12日成都某医学院校742名实习护生作为研究对象,通过问卷星的形式向研究对象发放一般资料问卷、"新型冠状病毒肺炎"心态调查表、一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果结果显示,新冠疫情下实习护生心理应激现象增多,心理健康状况阳性率为20.4%,社会支持总分为(26.56±5.49)分,低于一般水平,且不同实习医院类型护生社会支持差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新冠疫情期间,实习护生总体心理健康状况尚可,但心理健康状况呈阳性且缺乏社会支持的实习护生更易出现心理问题,应重点给予关注和进行相关心理干预。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of nurse interns in the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic, and to support the psychological counseling for nurse interns as well as its related management plans. Methods Conducting a general information questionnaire, the COVID-19 Questionnaire of Psychological Well-Being, 12-item General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12) and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) among nurse interns from a medical college, and analyzing the collected statistics assisted by SPSS 20.0 software. Results A total of 742 valid questionnaires were collected. According to the analysis, nurse interns felt more stressed during the pandemic than usual. The positive rate of mental health was 20.4%. The score of social support was 26.56±5.49, which was lower than the average level. Conclusion The mental health of nurse interns was good on average during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, those who had a positive result in the surveyor who lacked social support were more vulnerable to psychological issues. More attention and appropriate psychological intervention should be given to this group.
