摘要
文章利用网站访问法对国内外高校图书馆专利信息服务网络、服务内容、服务方式进行对比分析,重点研究了国内外实践经验对我国高校图书馆专利信息服务工作的启示,从软实力角度提出高校图书馆专利信息服务提升路径,并从用户管理、服务意识、馆员素质、创新能力四个维度,通过用户兴趣度、用户信任度、用户需求度、用户满意度、服务价值度、服务创新度六个方面,提出渐进式提升专利信息服务软实力的建设路径。
By website method,this paper compares and analyzes the patent information service network,service content,and service methods of domestic and foreign academic libraries,focuses on the enlightenment of domestic and foreign practical experience on the patent information service of domestic academic libraries,and proposes the path to improve the patent information service of academic libraries from the perspective of soft power.A construction path to gradually improve the soft power of patent information services is proposed from four dimensions including user management,service awareness,librarian quality and innovation ability and six aspects consisting of user interest,user trust,user demand,user satisfaction,service value,and service innovation.
