依帕司他联合活血化瘀制剂治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变疗效及对血清氧化应激和炎症因子的影响

摘要 目的分析予以糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)早期患者依帕司他加活血化瘀药的疗效和对其炎症因子及氧化应激的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月新疆阿克苏地区第一人民医院收入DR早期患者共80例,依据随机数表法划分成对照组(依帕司他)和观察组(除对照组用药之外加以活血化瘀制剂)分别40例,对比两组疗效与用药前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、视野灰度值、黄斑厚度和微血管瘤体积情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异显著(P<0.05)。用药2个月后,观察组SOD、TAC水平高于对照组,MDA、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平、视野灰度值及黄斑厚度低于对照组,微血管瘤体积小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论予以DR早期患者依帕司他加活血化瘀药效果确切,能改善其氧化应激和炎症因子等指标,减轻其视野缺损,值得采用。 Objective To analyze the effect of epalrestat combined with huoxue huayu preparation on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with early DR were enrolled from Aksu prefecture,according to the method of random number table,40 cases were divided into control group(epalrestat)and observation group(huoxue huayu preparation in addition to the control group),the therapeutic effects,the levels of superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(TAC),IL6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),gray scale of visual field,macular thickness and microvascular tumor volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).After 2 months,the levels of SOD,TAC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of MDA,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,gray value of visual field and macular thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the volume of microhemangioma was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of epalrestat combined with huoxue huayu preparation in early DR patients is definite,which can improve the oxidative stress and inflammatory factors,and reduce the visual field defect.
