摘要
应急语言策略是针对公众突发事件在语言研究或语言应用层面采取的应对方式和方法。从应急语言服务的供需主体、存在的实现环境和实施的物质保障上看,应急语言策略可归纳为国家、社会组织和个人在主体层面的行为规范准则,即制度策略;语言生活层面语言资源的开发和利用,即资源策略;语言服务技术层面对应急语言服务产品的加工和使用,即技术策略。
Emergency language strategy is a method to deal with public emergency in point of language research or language application. In view of the main supply and demand, the environment of existence and the implementation of material security, emergency language strategy can be summarized as following three aspects: the conduct guidelines of the state, social organizations and individuals, namely institutional strategy;the development and utilization of language resources in language situation, namely resource strategy;the processing and use of emergency language product in language service technical, namely technical strategy.
