摘要 目的就实际积极出发分析探讨急诊科预检分诊流程优化对工作质量与效率的影响。方法选择2020年10月至12月期间本院急诊抢救室接收的1200例未采取预检分诊流程优化的患者作为对照组,2021年1月至今进入本院急诊抢救室接受急诊抢救采取预检分诊流程优化的1200例患者纳入观察组。对照组男689例、女511例,年龄(34.23±2.18)岁;观察组男583例、女617例,年龄(36.33±2.91)岁。比较两组患者的分诊准确率、分诊及时率、确诊时间、候诊时间以及患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者的分诊准确率[97.75%(1173/1200)比88.25%(1059/1200)]、分诊及时率[94.17%(1130/1200)比80.67%(968/1200)]均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001);观察组患者的确诊时间[(1.25±0.26)h比(4.55±0.57)h]、候诊时间[(0.21±0.03)h比(0.62±0.04)h]均明显短于对照组(均P<0.001);观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组[96.92%(1163/1200)比86.58%(1039/1200)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=84.639,P<0.001)。结论在急诊科日常抢救工作中,通过预检分诊流程优化能够大大提升抢救质量、效率,缩短患者候诊时间,提高患者满意度,拉近医患关系。 Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of pre-test and triage process optimization on work quality and efficiency in the emergency department based on the actual situation.Methods One thousand and two hundred patients who were admitted to the emergency rescue room of our hospital from October to December 2020 without pre-test and triage process optimization were selected as an control group,and one thousand and two hundred patients who were admitted to the emergency rescue room of our hospital for emergency treatment from January 2021 to now with pre-test and triage process optimization were selected as an observation group.There were 689 males and 511 females in the control group,with an age of(34.23±2.18)years old;there were 583 males and 617 females in the observation group,with an age of(36.33±2.91)years old.The triage accuracy rates,timely triage rates,the time of diagnosis and waiting for diagnosis,and patient nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The triage accuracy rate and timely triage rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[97.75%(1173/1200)vs.88.25%(1059/1200),94.17%(1130/1200)vs.80.67%(968/1200)],with statistically significant differences between the two groups(both P<0.001).The time of diagnosis and waiting for diagnosis in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(1.25±0.26)h vs.(4.55±0.57)h,(0.21±0.03)h vs.(0.62±0.04)h],with statistically significant differences between the two groups(both P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[96.92%(1163/1200)vs.86.58%(1039/1200)],with a statistically significant difference between the two group(χ^(2)=84.639,P<0.001).Conclusion In the daily rescue work in the emergency department,the pre-test and triage process optimization can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of rescue,shorten the waiting time of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and clo
