摘要
在国家不断推进过江、过海等水底隧道及地铁、公路等城市基础建设中,盾构机的需求量逐年提升。其中,滚刀质量制约着工程的进度和施工成本。因此,从滚刀的结构、磨损、拆解及刀圈的研制等方面进行介绍,可为盾构机的研制生产提供参考。
The demand of shield machine is increasing year by year,whilethe acceleration of Cross-river,cross-sea and other underwater tunnels and Metro,highways and other urban infrastructure,the quality of disc cutter of shield machinerestricts the progress and construction cost of the project.In this paper,the structure,abrasion and tear ofdisc cutter and the development of cutter ring are introduced,which can provide reference for the development and production of shield machine.
