摘要
在"两个一百年"的历史交汇期,继续深入推进乡村振兴建设,是调节社会主要矛盾、巩固脱贫攻坚成果的内在要求。一百年来,中国共产党坚持从农村来、到农村去,十分重视乡村建设,把"三农"工作作为全党工作的重中之重来抓。在中国共产党领导下,中国乡村建设经历了拯救、恢复、改革、振兴四个重要演变时期,展现了中国乡村建设的历史性变革,彰显了中国乡村建设的辉煌成绩。一百年来,中国共产党致力于乡村建设,形成了许多宝贵经验,其中坚持党对乡村建设工作的领导、坚持以人民为中心的发展理念、坚持农村工作服务国家大局、坚持一切从实际出发原则等工作经验,对于新时期全面推进乡村振兴具有重要启示。
In the historical period of“two hundred years”,continuing to promote the rural revitalization construction is the internal requirement of adjusting the main social contradictions and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.Over the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China has insisted on coming from and going to the countryside,attached great importance to rural construction,and made the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”the top priority of the whole party’s work.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China’s rural construction has experienced four important evolution periods:rescue,recovery,reform and revitalization,which shows the historical changes of China’s rural construction and highlights the brilliant achievements of China’s rural construction.Over the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China has devoted itself to rural construction and formed a lot of valuable experience.Among them,the working experience of adhering to the party’s leadership over rural construction,adhering to the people-centered development concept,adhering to the rural work serving the overall situation of the country,and adhering to the working principle of proceeding from reality has important enlightenment for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the new period.
