Energy-saving Design of Building Scheme Stage Based on Parametric Technology: Analysis of the Energy School Project in Northern Germany

摘要 以德国北部地区能源学校项目为例,依托Grasshopper+Python编程与数据可视化平台,探究适用于国内现状的参数化建筑节能设计方法。从策略制定、方案寻优、数据分析三个方面展开研究,依据建筑方案阶段设计流程,遵循德国可持续建筑设计标准,将建筑的主动式与被动式节能设计语言进行参数转化与整合,编辑应用于各环节的设计算法,结合对建筑运营期间环境质量与能耗表现的第三方监测数据,分析并验证了基于参数化编程技术,精准、高效地实现建筑节能设计的可行性。从数字技术衍进的视角出发,通过总结参数化技术在德国实际项目中的设计尝试,为我国寒冷地区的建筑方案阶段节能设计提供了技术蓝本与全新的思路。 Taking the energy school project in northern Germany as an example, the parametric building energy-saving design method applicable to the current domestic situation is explored, relying on the Grasshopper+Python programming and data visualization platform. This paper studies from three aspects, including strategic development, plan optimization and data analysis. According to the design process of the building plan, following the German sustainable building design standards, the active and passive energy-saving design language of the building is parameterized transformation and integration, edit of design algorithms applied to each link, combined with the third-party monitoring data of environmental quality and energy consumption during building operation, the paper analyze and verify whether accurate and efficient building energy-saving design can be realized based on parametric programming technology. From the perspective of the evolution of digital technology, by summarizing the design attempts of parametric technology in practical projects in Germany, it provides a technical blueprint and new ideas for the energy-saving design of the architectural plan in cold regions of our country.
