摘要
提出了一种塔身损伤状态和损伤程度的判断方法,将获得的塔机塔身不同状态下的顶端轨迹数据进行归一化处理,利用Matlab的Cftool功能将归一化后的图谱模型,基于时间序列进行3次正弦和函数拟合。通过对不同状态下拟合参数的综合比较,找到了参数中体现塔身不同状态的敏感特征量,构造出塔身损伤判断方法,进而实现对塔身状态的快速检测。
A method was proposed to judge the tower crane body damage state and damage degree.Trajectory data on the top of the tower crane in different status were normalized,and then fitted by sum of 3 sine functions in Matlab Cftool command based on the time series.Sensitive characteristics of the tower crane were found by comprehensive comparison of the fitting parameters in different states.A criterion to judge the damage of the tower crane body was constructed to realize the rapid detection of the tower state.
