摘要
脑瘫(Cerebral palsy,CP)是一种高致残率、高死亡率的疾病,不仅给患儿的身心健康带来痛苦,也给家庭及社会造成沉重的负担,且现有的治疗方法都没有取得突破性的进展。脂肪间充质干细胞(Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells,ADMSCs)可能有向受损的神经组织迁移分化为神经元样细胞或分泌各种生长因子间接促进内源性神经干细胞再生、调节免疫反应和炎症反应、抗凋亡等潜力,拓展了CP患儿治疗的新思路。本综述主要介绍ADMSCs治疗CP的可能机制和临床研究。
Cerebral palsy(CP)is a disease with a high rate of disability and mortality,which not only brings pain to the physical and mental health of children,but also causes a heavy burden to the family and society,and the existing treatment methods have not achieved breakthrough progress.Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADMSCs)may migrate to damaged nerve tissue and differentiate into neuron-like cells or secrete various growth factors to indirectly promote the regeneration of endogenous neural stem cells,regulate immune and inflammatory responses,anti-apoptosis and other potential.It expands the new ideas for the treatment of children with CP.This review mainly introduces the possible mechanisms and clinical studies of ADMSCs in the treatment of CP.
