高岭土动态膜处理油田稠油污水实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对稠油热采过程中产生的稠油污水在海上处理困难的问题,使用高岭土制备了动态膜并进行了含稠油污水处理的稳定性运行试验。实验结果表明,影响高岭土动态膜的分离性能较合适的载体平均孔径为35μm,涂膜液高岭土的质量浓度为1.0 g/L,分离压差为0.1 MPa,稠油污水温度为60℃。稠油污水经动态膜处理后产水油的质量浓度为7.3 mg/L,达到油田采出水回注技术指标,膜通量可达10.66 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),满足海上稠油热采开发生产水的需求量。 Aiming at the problem of difficult treatment of heavy oil wastewater produced in the process of heavy oil thermal recovery at sea, a dynamic membrane was prepared using kaolin and the stability operation test of the treatment of heavy oil wastewater was carried out. The experimental results showed that, the more suitable average pore diameter of carrier, the mass concentration of kaolin in the coating liquid, the separation pressure and the temperature of heavy oil wastewater that affects the separation performance of the kaolin dynamic membrane was 35 μm, 1.0 g/L, 0.1 MPa and 60 ℃.The mass concentration of the produced water and oil after the treatment of the heavy oil wastewater by the dynamic membrane was 7.3 mg/L, which met the technical indexes of the oilfield produced water reinjection, and the membrane flux reached 10.66 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h), which met the demand of water for offshore heavy oil thermal exploitation.
