H型钢梁结构简支撑快支模混凝土楼板施工技术

摘要 型钢具有轻质高强、截面形式合理、抗震性能好等优点。在H型钢梁-混凝土楼板施工中,若在型钢梁安装完毕后,仍然沿用搭建满堂脚手架来支撑楼板底模的传统施工方法,不仅施工周期较长、施工效率较低,而且与型钢梁的高效装配式施工方法不匹配。因此,该文基于一批工程项目实践,提出了一种新的施工技术——H型钢梁结构快支模施工技术,并对其创新性、适用范围、技术原理、工艺流程等进行了介绍。该施工技术在实际应用中能够大幅缩短工期、降低成本,可以为相关施工工程提供参考。 Structural steel has the advantages of light weight,high strength,reasonable cross-sectional form,and remarkable seismic performance.In the construction of H-shaped steel beam-concrete floor slab,if the traditional construction method of building full-floor scaffolding to support the bottom form of the floor is still used after the installation of steel beams,the construction period will be long,the construction efficiency is low,and it does not match the high-efficiency assembly construction method of structural steel beams as well.Therefore,based on the practice of a batch of engineering projects,this paper put forward a new construction technology——the fast-formwork construction technology for H-shaped steel beam structures,and introduced its innovation,scope of application,technical principles,and technological processes.The construction technology can greatly shorten the construction period and reduce the cost in practical application,and can provide a reference for related construction projects.
