摘要
金融市场的发展、金融产品的日新月异以及金融风险破坏程度的加剧对金融风险管理人才的培养提出了更高的要求。基于对当前普遍存在的“水课”泛滥、学生真实学习严重“缺位”等现象深层次原因的分析,以打造《金融风险管理》“金课”为目标,以高阶性、创新性与挑战度的“两性一度”要求为准绳,以“五位一体化”改革为抓手,提出教学内容安排深度化、课堂教学组织高度化、课外任务布置广度化、实践教学创新特色化、考核体系重构精准化的教学改革方案及其具体策略,以期大力推进高水平的《金融风险管理》课程“金课”建设。
The development of financial market,the rapid development of financial products and the aggravation of the damage degree of financial risk put forward higher requirements for the training of financial risk management talents.Based on the analysis of the deep-seated reasons for the widespread“water course”and the serious“absence”of students’real learning,this paper aims to create the“golden course”of“financial risk management”,takes the“gender degree”requirement of high order,innovation and challenge as the criterion,and takes the“five integration”reform as the starting point;This paper puts forward teaching reform plans and specific strategies,such as in-depth teaching content arrangement,high-level classroom teaching organization,extensive extracurricular task arrangement,innovative and characteristic practice teaching,and accurate assessment system reconstruction,so as to actively promote the construction of high-level“gold course”of Financial Risk Management course.
