摘要
目的观察正向唤起护理模式应用于中青年癌症患者中的效果。方法选择2019年1~12月收治的中青年癌症病例80例,以是否接受正向唤起干预为依据分为2组,2019年1~6月接受常规护理的40例为对照组,2019年7~12月接受正向唤起干预的40例为试验组。比较2组干预后的焦虑抑郁评分、希望评分及护理满意度评分。结果试验组干预后焦虑抑郁测评分值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),希望评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度四维度评分值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用正向唤起护理对中青年癌症患者施加干预,可显著改善该年龄层癌症患者的焦虑抑郁恶劣心境状态,助力于其希望水平的提升,深受中青年癌症病例认可。
Objective To investigate the application effects of positive arousal in young and middle-aged patients with cancer.Methods A total of 60 young and middle-aged patients with cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients who were treated by routine nursing from January 2019 to June 2019 were enrolled as control group,and the patients were treated by positive arousal intervention from January July 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled as experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.After the intervention,the anxiety depression score,hope score and nursing satisfaction score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in experimental group were(60.83±1.82)points and(51.10±1.41)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those[(54.93±1.27)points and(55.70±0.78)points]in control group(P<0.05).However the hope scores and four-dimensional scores of nursing satisfaction in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of positive evoking nursing for the young and middle-aged patients with cancer can significantly improve the state of anxiety,depression and dysthymia of patients,and promote the improvement of their hope level,which is well recognized by the patients.
