摘要
中央首次以文件形式明确了企业家精神的地位和价值。在国家层面企业家精神被提高到了历史新高度,也在当前时代背景下被赋予了更丰富的内涵。本文通过改革开放以来,尤其是利用1992~2016年的数据定量分析了企业家精神对区域经济增长的促进作用。结果表明,企业家精神对经济发展水平表现出很强的空间效应,且该效应具有积极的促进作用。生存型创业、发展型创业以及创新水平的总效应均值分别为25.74%、25.72%、23.63%。而发展型创业的空间溢出效应十分凸显,该效应值为21.93%,占到了总效应值的85.26%。东部、中部、西部地区的企业家精神在空间效应上存在较大差异。本文研究结果具有一定的现实意义和政策启示,尤其在弘扬企业家精神及加快城市群建设方面提供了可靠依据。
For the first time,the central government made clear the status and value of entrepreneurship in the form of documents.At the national level,entrepreneurship has been raised to a new height in history,and given a richer connotation in the current era.Since the reform and opening up,especially using the data from 1992 to 2016,this study quantitatively analyzes the role of entrepreneurship in promoting regional econom・ic growth.The results show that entrepreneurship has a strong spatial effect on the level of economic develop・ment,and this effect has a positive role in promoting.The average effect of survival oriented entrepreneurship,development oriented entrepreneurship and innovation level are 25.74%,25.72%and 23.63%respectively.The spatial spillover effect of private entrepreneurship is very prominent,which is 21.93%,accounting for 85.26%of the total effect value.There are great differences in the spatial effects of entrepreneurship among the eastern,central and western regions.The results of this study have some practical significance and policy implications,especially in promoting entrepreneurship and accelerating the construction of urban agglomerations.
