摘要
目的建立注射用前列地尔干乳剂合理应用评价标准,分析其用药合理性。方法参照药品说明书、国内外相关诊疗指南及《马丁代尔药物大典(原著第37版)》建立注射用前列地尔干乳剂合理应用评价标准。采用回顾性分析方法,对某三甲医院2019年1月1日至8月30日使用过注射用前列地尔干乳剂住院患者病历进行合理性调查。结果共纳入使用注射用前列地尔干乳剂患者116例,不合理应用最常见的类型为用法不适宜(116例,100.0%)及适应证不适宜(91例,78.4%)。结论应制订干预措施,规范注射用前列地尔干乳剂的合理使用。
Objective To establish the evaluation criteria for rational use of alprostadil dry emulsion,and evaluate its rational application.Methods Evaluation criteria were established with reference to drug instructions,domestic and foreign guidelines and“Martindale:The Complete Drug Reference(Version 37)”.Inpatient prescriptions of alprostadil dry emulsion were retrospectively collected from January 1 to August 30,2019 in a tertiary hospital and analyzed for rationality according to the evaluation criteria.Results A total of 116 inpatient prescriptions of alprostadil dry emulsion were included in the study.The most common irrational medication types included inappropriate usage(116,100.0%)and improper indications(91,78.4%).Conclusion It is necessary to develop intervention measure to enhance the rationality of alprostadil dry emulsion use in clinical practice.
