摘要
作为生物学方面的一项新技术,微生物监测已经受到越来越多的关注。该综述对微生物监测水污染的主要方法和重要技术做了简要介绍,较为系统地总结了大肠杆菌、发光细菌等指示生物在环境监测中的研究进展,并对微生物传感器、PCR等技术的应用方向进行了展望,以期为今后研究微生物对水体污染的生物监测提供参考。
As a new biological technology,microbial monitoring has received more and more attention.This review briefly introduces the main methods and important technologies of microbial monitoring of water pollution,systematically summarizes the research progress of indicator organisms such as Escherichia coli and luminescent bacteria in environmental monitoring,and discusses the application directions of microbial sensors,PCR and other technologies.Prospects were made,hoping to serve as a reference for future research on biological monitoring of water pollution by microorganisms.
