基于双层规划的海铁联运班列编组数量研究 被引量:4

摘要 海铁联运集装箱班列是海铁联运系统中的重要组成部分,集装箱班列的开行方案直接影响集装箱在港口的滞留时间。从海铁联运衔接过程出发,对铁路班列与集装箱港口需求对接及关键要素进行分析。从最小化海铁联运集装箱在港口的滞留时间和最小化班列的开行成本2个方面构建双层模型,以上海洋山港为例,以到港的集装箱船舶和集装箱班列为研究对象,基于铁路班列运行线路和船舶到离港计划,优化到港船舶卸箱顺序和班列编组数量、开行顺序,解决堆场作业协调优化等问题,并为码头装卸集装箱的调度方案提供支持。 Sea-rail intermodal container block trains constitute an important part of a sea-rail intermodal transportation system, and the operation scheme of container block trains directly influences the detention time of containers in port. With regard to the connection process of searail intermodal transportation, this paper analyzed the coordination between railway block trains and the demand from container ports and discussed key elements. A bi-level programming model was constructed for the shortest detention time of containers in port and the lowest operation cost of block trains. With the Yangshan Port in Shanghai as an example, this paper took the container ships arriving at port and container block trains as the research objects. It studied the routes of railway block trains and the arrival and departure schedules of ships to optimize the unloading sequence of the ships arriving at port, the number of train formations and the operation sequence of container block trains, thus coordinating and optimizing yard operation and supporting the scheduling scheme of container loading and unloading.
