摘要 市郊环线铁路有利于城市交通系统和空间结构的发展,是世界诸多大城市轨道交通发展的基本路网框架。以日本东京市郊铁路环线——山手线和武藏野线为例,分析其在满足城市客运需求、引导疏解城市功能和完善城市空间结构等方面的作用。借鉴东京发展市郊铁路环线的经验,对北京市发展市郊铁路双环线进行研究,在分析北京环状铁路现状的基础上,针对存在问题,依据利旧为主、点线结合、路地协同、四网融合的原则,提出北京市郊铁路双环线实施方略,以及发展内外环线的设计构想,为北京市进一步发展市郊铁路、实现首都圈轨道交通高质量发展提供参考。 Suburban loop lines are conducive to the development of urban traffic systems and spatial structures and they are the basic framework for the development of rail transit in many big cities around the world.Taking the Yamanote Line and Musashino Line, suburban loop lines in Tokyo, as examples, this paper analyzed their roles in meeting the needs of urban passenger transport, guiding the distribution of urban functions, and improving the urban spatial structure. Drawing lessons from Tokyo’s experience in developing suburban loop lines, this paper studied how to develop suburban double loop lines in Beijing. After the present situation of loop lines in Beijing was analyzed, the existing problems were discussed, and the implementation strategy of suburban double loop lines in Beijing and the design conception of developing internal and external loop lines were put forward with the principles including the main reuse of existing lines, point-line combination, railway and regional coordination, and integration of four railway networks. It is expected to provide references for Beijing to develop suburban railways and achieve the highquality development of rail transit in the capital area of China.
