摘要
目的探讨珠三角地区助产士专业自我概念的影响因素。方法采用护理专业自我概念量表(PSCNI)对珠三角地区的综合医院及妇幼保健院的175名助产士进行问卷调查。结果助产士的起始学历,性格特点与专业匹配度、医院级别3个变量进入回归模型。其中,性格特点与专业匹配度对护士的专业自我概念有积极影响,助产士的起始学历及所在医院级别对助产士的专业自我概念有负面影响。结论管理者应重视助产士性格特点与专业匹配度、起始学历及医院级别等因素对助产士专业自我概念的影响,采取针对性措施,提高助产士专业自我概念。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of midwives’professional self-concept in the Pearl River Delta.Methods 175 midwives from general hospitals and maternal and child health centers in Pearl River Delta region were investigated with nursing professional self-concept scale(PSCNI).Results The three variables of midwife’s initial education,personality characteristics and professional matching,hospital level entered the regression model.Among them,personality characteristics and professional matching degree have a positive impact on the professional self-concept of nurses,while the starting education and hospital level of midwives have a negative impact on the professional self-concept of midwives.Conclusion Managers should pay attention to the influence of midwives’personality characteristics and professional matching,initial education and hospital level on midwives’professional self-concept,and take targeted management measures to improve midwives’professional self-concept.
