摘要 通过研究改性淀粉在乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)弹性体中的不同用量制备得到的复合材料的物理性能,分析复合材料不同物理性能所受改性淀粉用量的影响程度,并对测试结果进行理论解释和原理分析。测试结果显示:该改性淀粉复合EVA弹性体材料具有相对较好的回弹性和尺寸稳定性,其拉伸强度和撕裂强度受淀粉用量影响较大;其吸水性是普通EVA材料的4倍以上,其吸湿性是普通EVA材料的200倍以上。 By studying the physical properties of the composites prepared with different amount of modified starch in EVA elastomer, the influence of the amount of modified starch on the different physical properties of the composites was analyzed, and the theoretical explanation and principle analysis of the testing results were carried out. The testing results show that the modified starch composite EVA elastomer material has relatively good resilience and dimensional stability, and its tensile strength and tearing strength are greatly affected by the amount of starch. Its water absorption is more than 4 times of ordinary EVA material, and its moisture absorption is more than 200 times of ordinary EVA material.
